About

Hi, I’m Carolin — the person behind NLP Lisbon.

Licensed NLP Trainer (Society of NLP), trained directly by NLP co-creator Dr. Richard Bandler — and convinced that there is so much more in you.

My story

I didn’t start in a seminar room. I spent years in the corporate world — leading the Woman & Lifestyle division at Ströer Media Brands, as marketing director at Medlanes, and as Senior SEO Manager at Searchmetrics. I know exactly what it feels like to be publicly successful and privately stuck: performing, delivering, functioning — and quietly sensing that something essential is missing.

NLP was the tool that changed that. Not as theory, but as practice: I learned it from the source, training with Dr. Richard Bandler, the co-creator of NLP, and became a licensed NLP Trainer of the Society of NLP as well as an NLP Master Coach & Trainer (DVNLP/IN). What convinced me wasn’t the certificates — it was watching people change real patterns in real time, myself included.

Today I live between Germany and Portugal, and NLP Lisbon is the training I wish I had found years earlier: small, live, human to human — in a city that makes change easier.
